RBR Lawyers would like to say on behalf of the team, The FIA are very lucky they did not rule against Fidla for not qualifying because we are bringing proof of our drivers innocence after being accused of wrong doing by BK, the FIA was about to be sued but luckily for them they did not punish Fidla. We as a team believe that the McLaren driver, who is part of the FIA, AKA Pitbull were totally wrong in there accusation and practically calling the team LIARS and we also believe the breakin at FIA quarters to be the work of one person who wanted official documents leaked to the press, we hope the FIA publish who was responsible for this even though we all no who broke into the FIA with obviously a key as no locks or windows were broken.

At the end of this statement we are going to do what no team has ever done in the history of F1PS3 League, we are going to release OFFICIAL RADIO CHATTER from Fidla's mic in his helmet, this will prove that what he said in his statement to be true, once the world and the FIA have heard this...RBR will DEMAND an OFFICIAL APOLOGY from the league moderator

RBR Lawyers would like the FIA to listen to this recording and in there powers over all leagues, also demand that an apology be put in writing to Fidla and RBR as a few on here are quick to condemn and accuse, let us see if they are man enough to admit they are wrong and apologise after they have heard the proof

After 5 hr Talks with the FiA the informed me of there Findings.

FiA have a little evidence not much to go on but still a little Evidence of why the Moderator maybe has grounds to accuse the Team of Planning to Sit in the pits.

We feel our FiA Lawyers are Expensive in the modern day economic climate and we would wish Not to involve them at all.

We have took a decision to Halt any further investigation into this matter until RBR Can confirm they want the continuation of the Claim.

RBR will not drop this as I am sure if it was against RBR, the powers that be would run full steam ahead, we have produced evidence for everyone to hear, if RBR are ever in the wrong, we would have no problem apologising, where is BK's proof or evidence and why can't he admit he was wrong ??????

We have done our bit and now we challenge BK to produce his.... We have no intention of just continuing driving until this matter is sorted

MY. Is singular referring 1 individual....
OUR. Is plural referring to 2 or more.....


Skillz admitted it was his strategy, at no point could he say it was our strategy. Fidla has not admitted this and produced evidence to show he was going out.
