Hamilton VS Maldonado

Maldonado has been given a slap on the wrist for colliding with Hamilton. But only out of necessity. Hamilton pushed Maldonado off the track after being passed before the turn in point. Even Whitmarsh agreed Hamilton's move was unsportsmanlike. But technically as the rules are written, Maldonado caused the crash.

Did Hamilton get what he deserved?

Hamilton didnt deserve to be taken out after not giving Maldonado enough space. Still in my biased view the latter should of waited and overtook the former at the next opportunity ie. the hairpin as his tyres were finished.

I feel it was entirely maldonados fault. He was returning from off the track so he is responsible for not hitting another driver

rule 8.0
The Circuit is defined by the white lines, IF you Leave the Circuit/track at anytime you must return Safely.
this Clearly wasnt the case, Hammy could see in the mirror maldee's car was off the track so left no room to come back on, where as when Rossy overtook hammy in exactly the same place earlier in the race Rossy didnt leave the track hammy seen he hadnt left the track and moved over to allow the overtake conceeding the corner.

Maldee should have just pulled off and Cut the corner and just fell back in behind hammy and got him next corner etc..
