Results/Minutes - June 12th FiA Meeting

5 FiA Reps Present.

1 - Incident regarding Ashley - Semi Pro League 1
He was found to have pressed "Reset To Track" in a Qualifying lap to prevent him from having to turn around on the track. This was backed up with Video Footage. FiA decided that a strong warning would be sufficient. We decided that if this was to have happened in Race, he would incur a sufficient penalty, but because it ultimately didn't effect his end result and only occurred during Qualifying, A Strong Warning will be sufficient in hope that he does not do this again!

2 - Promotion & Demotion System
Wootton12 brought up a valid point about 3 maybe not being enough in the first couple of season. The FiA members concluded that 3 Drivers per league seems sufficient but we will have to deliberate this when there are more FiA Members around.

3 - Pro League 1
After a lot of discussions, POLLS and deliberation. The League have finally decided upon EQUAL Performance due to a majority vote. They thought it was the only way to go forward with 2011 Performance being so much hassle. After 3 polls, all the polls were in favour of EQUAL with the last vote being 8-4 in favour of EQUAL. EQUAL Performance will come into action after the Monaco GP.

There was nothing else to talk about in the FiA meeting due to no League Races this week and no other concerns were raised.
