Results/Minutes - May 21st FiA Meeting

9 FiA Reps Present.


1 - Incidents where discussed, Penalties were decided and Published. *note AL1 will be discussed on Tuesday at 10pm.

2 - Mr Larkin. Admin seemed it fair to allow the same process he used when a Moderator was Banned before and asked the league in question AL1, if they would discuss and vote for his return to the league.
They all Agreed "JohnLArkin2011" was allowed back to the league as a driver with all his points intact but to be warned of his conduct towards other drivers must improve. They agreed On track none of the AL1 had a problem with him it was purely his mannerism towards other drivers within posts. For this JohnLarkin will remain banned from the site for another 7 days, to prevent any possible angry posts, hopefully deep breaths will calm him down.

3 - LIVE stewards, as you can all see from the Advert posted, this was agreed that it worked really well and made for better racing throughout the league, No one at all Served a penalty from a steward so this is yet to show how that would work yet, but all in all the warnings given was enough to remind drivers there being filmed and watched ;-), this will NOW be a Must for all leagues to accept. It was not seemed, due to lack of them, to stop racing if a steward cant be found but within the next few weeks there will be a list for the League Managers to choose from, Cameramen Can also Assist the Steward.


4 (&6) - Quallys mmm this was discussed for at least 30 mins
(we inc number 6 on the agenda here also as it ment the same thing really)
the DO WE QUALLY or DO WE SIT THERE was a hot topic.
Results = At the Moment we will monitor the next few races to see if ppl start using this method a lot and if they do we will readdress the problem.


5 - Race starts, it was Ruled to try some connection tests and RULE out the ROOT cause.
All Leagues have been asked to Sort out there connections by way of Testing other ppl as host within there league to find a happy medium. FiA expect findings in next weeks Meet.

7 - Donations are £32.74p As explained the 74p baffled me so i loggin in to find out Paypal are charging for Every donation ;-( £10.00 works out at 0.54p to paypal. I wasnt happy either but Nowt we can do about it.

8 - More CameraMen needed and Also Stewards needed along with League Managers.
- FiA from Today onwards will be on TUESDAY NIGHTS at 10pm.
