Round 4 - Australian GP @ Melbourne - APPEAL ROOM

So the other ones been ruled on, I'd still like the opportunity to post my shots of that because hes bad mouthing me as a dirty racer and I'd like people to see what I saw and make up their minds for themselves.

Anyways this is more pressing,I'd like a look at this bullet and myself on lap 1.
I didn't do a great job of braking and I'm not going to make the tight line I'd prefer to take but can make the middle line of the track, Bullet is behind me as proximity. indicators show.

Bullet goes for a last gasp lung, fair play, i think he's got his braking just right and is gonna be nice and tight on the inside line and get through the turn far quicker, and i better not turn on the middle or it will be too tight and we'll touch so I'll let it run to the outside and give him room.

Turns out Bullet didn't do such a great job either, he wasn't nice and tight at all and wants my bit of racetrack too, so after giving him all the room I can he still wants my bit of track and to use my car to help slow him down:

He had no intention of giving me any room from the start of the move and just did a last minute lung knowing full well the car on the outside will most likely get punted of, I just wanted it clarifying if barreling down the inside at the last second and coming over onto the guy who's already given you room line is how we roll on here?
