Decisions & Penalties Round 5 - Hungary

GNH has been banned from League 2 racing for life.

The reason for this is general poor driving, bad driving etqiuette, not following the rules, etc. He's broken everything. His seat in the Williams for the remaining races will be filled by Dylan. His ban was mutually agreed with by all FIA members.

Wooton has been given a 7 day site ban and also will be given a 1 race League 2 ban as a result of his actions towards John. Breaking a site rule, this was an FIA decision.

Corner Cuts and other incidents from Hungary will be reviewed at a later date, been quite busy. A quick reminder to Steve and Rhian that they must attend induction on the 16th of April, based on Korea offences.

Other league moderators are nowhere near as leniant. Please try to reduce your corner cutting. 10, 14, 18 and 27 is way too much, it was a dry race.

Need to try a bit harder to reduce corner cuts throughout the race, 5 & 7 is border line between being down to the tyres etc. and just bad driving. Again other mods are not as leniant.

Wootton 4 Corner Cuts
Brian 4 Corner Cuts

I can just about accept 4 throughout the race, all should try to get 0 however.


The wootton & John incident was judged as a racing incident by the FIA and myself. No penalties.
Brian & Laurence incident was also judged as a racing incident by the FIA. no penalties given.

GNH cut the pit entry once and the exit twice, losing himself 15 points and Williams are penalised 15 points in the teams title also.
Moody also cut the pit exit, losing himself 5 points and penalising Force India 5 points in the constructors title.

The 5 point penalty was introduced and enforced by the FIA.
