considerate driving
could drivers not on a hot lap during qualy be aware of cars behind them potentially on a hot lap,and also in the pits before a race could all drivers not press go to race until everyone is ready

good manners
Rob may be a good idea to remind everyone that getting in the way during qualifying is punishable. Think people may take more note then. Also if people are approaching the start/ finish straight to start a hot lap, then if there is no one behind you, just sit and wait for a couple seconds to make sure none of the cars in the pits are leaving, and any car that is on the track, is at least 5 or 6 corners ahead of you. Also when you leave the pits, check the map first and go out where you know theres a gap. All these little things can almost ensure you will get a clean hot lap.

AGREED!
Also, when leaving the pits, if there is a car that has just past the start finish straight, sit and wait a abit. You shouldn't drive out the pitlane because it puts the drivers off, especially in the new circuits with the stupid pit entry and exits etc. Obviously in certain circumstances you could get bunched up near the end of quali when everyone is trying to better their times. Ferrari's and Hamilton at Singapore - Schumacher, Button, Hamilton and Webber at Suzuka. It can happen on some occasions but sitting on the racing line is stupid and should be punished. Is quali gonna be recorded then?
