1.can we have the same weather ruling as l1 and l3 in l2

2.my reasoning behind suggesting change to the league names was because sometimes and us and them mentality seemed to be evident sometimes during arguments.
ive realised now that each league does need its own idendity.After talking to dek and bk I think we should defo change it.dek mentioned gp1 and I really liked that idea a lot.
my suggestion for the 4 leagues is this.
Pro League

Semi Pro

GP1

GP2

I really do like this,so lets discuss get it sorted and in place.

3.a change on the day FiA meets are held,wednesday is fine for me but not for others.

4.disscuss any appeals.

5.anything else?

6.joint lm position

when I suggested the weather for pro1,its based on a theory and nothing can be proved,and I don't see the harm in the whole site running the same weather system.
I wont lie I hate the rain but it would be nice to prepare for a race with the knowledge of clear or dynamic race.its a huge advantage to know if rains possible.i often don't have time to prepare for both conditions.i cant see the problem in allowing it for all

ill second that but not going against anyone its like practicing all week with a set-up than it rains its a complete waste of a set-up because say if it rains on race day i will have to stuggle with a wet set-up

Persoanlly I like 'going into the unknown' on race night and I do spend time practicing inter/wet set ups as well.
Quite often I find you don't have to make too many changes to the dry setup for the car to be ok in inter/wet conditions. Also anticipating the tyre changes from dry/inter/wet can really shake the field up and propell people both forward and back down the grid. I like the unpredictability of it all, especially when you have one or two dominant individuals who will disappear into the distance on any given dry race/event.

I personally don't mind the risk of rain it encourages tactical racing. E.g sacrificing your qualy by putting a wet setup on as you know the race will be wet. Also I find changeable conditions give average drivers the chance to really shine. I certainly do better in changeable conditions as some of the usual front runners may struggle

FiA REPORT 10/07/2013

 1. weather rules for the leagues - Vote shall be put in place for the other leagues to decide what they like best. 
2. new terminology for the leagues discribal is in place allready.
3. FiA meeting day change, Lets keep as is atm. people who cant make it to the meeting may reply to the agenda on the forum
4. apeals: warning for Bigdave 

john larking - warning for unsafe return

hamishop. 5 race suspended race ban. FiA Ban for 3 meetings, due to unsportsman like behavior on site, together with victorious can result in permanent FiA ban if this re-occurs

5. anything else - nothing else

6. a new league manager is apointed - Roblee has the new position and shall be announced by vernon.
