Extra Leagues Available With Lower Skilled Level. Empty Extra Leagues Available With Lower Skilled Level.

I have added the Extra 2 Leagues (three and four) hopefully to allow racers who feel they cant compete at the 50% level or Assists OFF level to still be able to compete online here.

It will take 10 players signed up before the Admin will step in and Start it off.

Get your buddies In there and Have some CLEAN racing for a change.
