When does this league start?

I am interested in participating in this bid for the Americas league championship, I just need a few more details, e.g. date, time, percentage of race ( I prefer 100% no assists! but 50% is ok) I am asking these questions for info only as I have yet to obtain my F1 license.

Races have not officially started till we can get 8 drivers. We have 7 now. But races will be Saturdays @ 12PM PST. And until we get those 8 drivers, we are still doing the races, but they don't count.

The only assists allowed are auto gears and racing line. Distance will be 75%.
