LEAGUE STRUCTURE

In order to maintain the structure of the website and league system, the promotion and demotion system is compulsory. Therefore the top three drivers at the end of the championship will move up to the next league. The bottom three will move down. If you happen to drop from a semi assist lge to the assist lge, you will not be required to use the assists if you do not wish to.

If you were in the top 3 could you forfeit your promotion and let someone else go up or do you have to go up.

At the moment i couldnt say. Personally, i would say it depends on how close the 4th place person is in relation to points. If the gap was massive it wouldnt make sense. Ill bring it up at the next fia meeting. Obviously people race with their mates, but we feel that if you were eligible for promotion you should really want to go up. That way over the next few seasons the leagues will balance themselves out.
