Can we get a few more details? "appeal noted"? "nothing to answer"? What's going on here?

I totally agree, the FIA need to be more transparent to keep everything above board

From what i heard in the meeting. The appeal noted just means that they have reconised the issue and will be looking out for it in the future.
And the Nothing to Answer just means that it wasnt severe enough to give the penalty. BK was only rubbing the white line on the exit.
