Connection Problems

As most of us have noticed, some people in some leagues (myself included) seem to have very strange connection problems when racing in our League's. For some it is very odd as they could have perfect connection but not be able to play F1 2011. It seems to be a problem with servers and it was never fully resolved so it can still effect some. Even though what I'm about to post maybe obvious but it might help hosts and players to improve their connection quality and can benefit everyone in the end,
