collisions at race start.no further action,not enough evidence to point blame at anyone.

4min 35secs warning to mugno,unsafe return to track

9min 5 secs warning to bullet for pit exit violation,further breaches will incurr points deductions per offence.After some consultation and further review 3 points are to be deducted.

16min 35 secs part4 warning to mugno,spinning out the force india.

17min 50 secs part4 mugno runs wide then veers back on track spinning the force india for the 2nd time.a 10sec pen was recieved for this error.

25min 45secs part4 inncident involving mugno and topman.i feel both drivers were at fault here.topman should have shown caution and conceded the corner and mugno showed a lack of awareness when turning in.advised to be more careful in the future.

in light of 4inncidents in one race,im therefor demoting mugno to a final finishing position of 5th place and strongly advised to show more caution in the future.
