German GP - Decisions & Penalties

hi guys just wanted to update you on bjorns 4th place,As a community member the right thing to do would be to let bjorn keep 4th place,it was beyond his control what happened his game freezing last corner,i do believe he would of crossed the line in 4th.
now as a steward its different because I cant say with 100% certainty that bjorn would of got 4th as 5th was only a few seconds behind and ive witnessed races being lost during the last corner and bjorn had not reached the final corner yet.if bjorn would of been on the last straight stewards discretion would be easy to use and let him keep the place.
so our options are
let bjorn keep 4th
swap bjorn and topman
or fully demote bjorn.(im not a fan of this one though)
so that's the situation a decision will come shortly.

it was discussed at length and the steward felt discretion was needed in this situation and is supported by fellow stewards.
bjorn to keep 4th position.

Bullet vs Liam incident - Decision: Causing a Collision - The FiA have decided that Bullet caused the collision by clearly outbraking himself going into the hairpin. Also it was deemed that whether the Contact Glitch kicked in or not it was felt that a collision was going to happen.

The penalty decision for this is a 2 point deduction for Bullet.
