No Transfer Window

There will be no transfer window in season 4 so the car you start the season with you will remain in that car for the full season

Is this including anyone wanting/asked to transfer to al1 for a spare seat ?

No transfering only regards the car you start the season in, in that particular league. If you were to move up a league you could choose any car which is available. As Dek your in the Ferrari you wouldnt have to wait until a Ferrari is available in the higher league if you were to move up for instance.

Guys the idea is that nobody moves at all. The only circumstance for change is if a driver in AL2 is completely dominating the league. Otherwise everybody stays put.
