is it only PRO league members that use the Chat Box?

at the bottom of the Home page it seems there is only ever Pro members in there, Its for all of you to use !
TT drops in now and again from the assists but thats it lol.

Just reminding you its there to use lads thats all.

Never have any need to use it. General stuff I talk about in the news section. League 2 stuff in league 2 section. Dnt need anywhere else
