NEW DRIVERS

It has been decided that anybody who is accepted into a league must first pass a test before they can race. This is to ensure that anybody joining the league system is of a accepteble standard. This practice will maintain the quality of drivers on this site. Anybody who has recently joined will have to take part in the test, to get their racing badge and be allowed to race.
