Starts with your Birth Certificate, but is further claimed through the MEDICARE CARD, SOCIAL SECDURITY, BANK ACCOUNT, LIBRARY CARD, DRIVER'S LICENCE, CAR REGISTRATION, PASSPORT and so many more. In BLACK's LAW DICTIONARY an old latin phrase is still current and it's called CAPITIS DEMINUTIO (Maxima, Minor and Minima) Caput is the head or STATUS, Deminutio = Deminish/Reduce.
