Bjorns 1 Race Ban

I have removed bjorns 1 race ban,this ban will be investigated and decided on by FiA on wednesday 8pm.
Another thing concerning bubble glitches we always ask drivers to follow closely at your own risk.
Drivers are aware of these glitches and need to treat there cars as if they are longer and wider as they appear on screen.
unless your nowhere near a car ahead ie more than half a car length or width and you have evidence i may show some discretion.
