Chinese GP - Decision & Penalties

fia have decided to issue bobjim a 3points deduction and a warning for the collision with cookster for causing a collision.

porshedude is to recieve a 1 point deduction for spinning cookster out on the rolling restart and a warning.

1st inncident on rolling restart,no further action due to lack of evidence.

I'm a little confused one says I am getting a penalty one says I'm not ???

there was 3 parts of cookster replay he wanted fia to look at,1st part was where u hit cookster then he hits me,fia felt we could not clearly blame anyone.
the 2nd inncident is where u spin cookster before the hairpin which is what the pen is for.
