Qualifying Rule Empty Qualifying Rule

8.5 - Qualifying is mandatory and therefore everyone has to set a lap. If a driver fails to leave the pit lane throughout the 15 minute qualifying session then a penalty will be provided. (Penalty has yet to be decided).
