Re: This Weeks Agenda - Monday 10th September 2012
Agenda Points
1. Appeals
- See individual Leagues for the FiA Decisions & Penalties
2. Pro League 1 - Wheels Only?
- The FiA found that F1PS3League are not in the position to start being picky who they have in the top League. We also said that there are quite a few people that will not or can't afford a wheel so it isn't exactly fair to prevent them from joining the highest League. The FiA thought that yes, there is obvious advantages as well as drawbacks but we did not think that it is fair to do it.
3. Should the FiA still review an Appeal even if a Driver has withdrawn it and dealt with it outside the Appeal Room
- We found that this is very circumstantial. The FiA thought that even if it has been dealt with outside the Appeal Room, if it is a serious enough incident then the FiA will HAVE too look at. If it is a fixed breach of the rule then we will have to step in and have a look at it. But if it is something such as a collision or a coming together, if you are able to sort it out outside the Appeal Room and agree that it was a racing incident we are happy to let that go.
