Korean GP - Penalties

issueing a strong warning to john against having a friend who is not in the league watching the race then proceeding to psn other drivers during there league race.this is unessasary and psn msgs during a race can cause lag and distract racers.by all means let a friend watch the race but not to get involved in any way during a race.this is a one off warning no second chance.

FiA have decided that JohnLarkin2011 is to recieve a ban which comes into effect immediately and lasting to until the end of Season 2. The FiA considered the following when making there descision:
- 1 Site ban
- 1 Race ban for Steward disrespect
- 1 Race DSQ
- Multiple bad appeals
- General poor driving in past couple of races
- Site ban Season 1

FiA were close to a permanent ban but we feel a season ban will give you a chance to renew your enthusiasm for the League and to give you credit because you race week in week out. We do hope you will rejoin us in Season 3.

4 incidents investigated

1st incident MoodyMufc2011 v Bjorn
- It was found that Bjorn caused a collision by throwing it up the inside and he has been previously been warned to be more careful on the first lap the fia decided a 5 point penalty was appropriate for this offence

2nd incident MoodyMufc2011 v Fishtechmadman13
- It was found that Fishtechmadman13 caused a collision by hitting MoodyMufc2011 at end of the straight he shud b more aware of the situation the fia decided a 5 point penalty was appropriate for this offence

3rd incident MoodyMufc2011 v Fishtechmadman13
- It was found that no1 was to blame and next time for fishtechmadman13 to make a better judgement call

4th incident Daflukey v Fishtechmadman13
- It was found that Fishtechmadman13 was to blame he has been issued a warning to b more aware of other drivers positioning on the track
