Singapore GP-Race Reports

QUALI _ 6TH

Had an alright session but could only do one run at the end of the session on primes so i knew i had time to spare because of tyre temp etc.

RACE - 2ND

Had a great start taking 3rd into turn one. Had a good battle with Beardy and Ud war at the start. Bjorn hit me in the tunnel meaning i had to cplete my 2nd stint with a damaged front wing. It was difficult keeping up with TT but after the stop we had a great battle. very clean and aggressive racing. I was then catching Beardy and catching him 1.0 secs a lap. I then pitted and jumped him and claimed 2nd place. I then started hunting down Ud and because he overtook me off the circuit on lap 4/5, he gave the place back. As this seemedf quite strange for me, i decided to let him reclaim his position. I stuck with him though and it was close at the end. Minus the collisions/battle with TT/Front wing damage, maybe this was the one that got away. Either way it was good fun and well done to those who completed the race and did so cleanly. See you in Japan

Lol why was it strange xD? I felt u didnt leave me anywhere to go at the overtake but I knew it was 4 wheels off so didnt wanna take any risks lol

Yeah you overtook me off the track though. Really, you shouldn't have been off the track at all. It's no use giving the place back 30 laps later. It was strange giving up the place because I was castching you anyway by about 0.2 a lap so ... Didn't want the result to be questioned.

Qualy - 1st
Got pole by 1.6 seconds but was a bit worried when I was doing my lap because I was abit struggling but maybe that was just me bullshitting lol

Race - 1st
Beardy had a better start than me tried to take defensive line but he was already next to me, outbraked myself into the 1st corner but still kept the lead, later on lap 1 hit one of the glitchy walls and done a nice 360 degrees spin lol, rejoined 3rd and now 3 seconds behind John, sticked my engine up and caught John up after 1 lap, done a nice outside pass on him altho it was 4 wheels off the track but didnt really have anywhere to go and the steward didnt tell me to give the place back so I carried on, caught up to Beardy real quik and done a classic switch back on him to retake the lead. Held my tyres pretty good and pitted on lap 9 for some new fresh boots as Moody likes to call them lol. was much faster than 2nd and 3rd so after another stop my lead was 45 seconds, came in for my final stop but somehow the game glitched or something and my pitstop glitched, no new tyres and they didnt replace my damaged wing, so had to do another lap on those tyres haha, came in again for a proper stop replaced my wing and new tyres and now my 45 second lead was a 6 seconds lead, but I didnt want to take any risks of a penalty so let John passed for that overtake on him earlier, but he gave me the place back and he kept pressuring me for the last 7 laps or something, eventually won by 1.5 seconds. Really happy with my 6th win in a row and extended my lead in the championship
