RBR Demand Apology

RBR are approaching the FIA and ADMIN for official action to be taken against BK for comments regarding Fidla not qualifying for German GP when we have showed clear evidence and proof that Fidla wanted to go out.

If anyone can prove or have any written or recorded evidence they can show as proof that Fidla had no intention of setting a time, we would like them to bring it to this FIA forum within 48 hours or the FIA to take action on them

We await the FIA and Admin reply

I'm sorry that will not happen.

RBR will close this matter if we receive an Apology from the accusing party, we have done our bit to prove Fidla wanted to qualify, BK has not, the FIA always base there decisions on recorded evidence, now they have evidence they seem to be stalling, what is going on here????? Is it a case of protecting their own???? We sincerely hope not as this will cast doubts on the integrity of the FIA. RBR implore the FIA to do the right thing to show they are fair to all in this community

First I looked at the Evidence given from RBR - Fidla.
This audio footage is easily Staged and fabricated, there is NO time stamp from the camera and No VIDEO footage as stated by RBR, This is Only one way traffic of an AUDIO CLIP that could have been made at anytime and anywhere. Evidence is found to be Inconclusive Footage.

Secondly I looked at the Evidence given from FiA/Admin.
The Picture that "lindenwarden" has, is also easily staged and fabricated, we found no fingerprints of either RBR drivers on the document and still to this day do not know how it materialized.
Evidence is found to be a fabricated document. = No evidence.

Thirdly I looked at the Evidence in the Race report room.
This evidence seems Genuine and authentic, so the facts are clear that 1 of the drivers intended to not qualify.
Evidence Submitted to be True.

Going on this I took a re-look at the AUDIO given which is Inconclusive to be used as evidence for a claim but can show evidence of The Said driver in Question Intended to Not Qualify at all from his own Audio transcript.

With the Evidence So far submitted I feel there is No apology needed to be given from the PL2 Moderator as RBR claimed.

CASE CLOSED - NO EVIDENCE FOUND - CLAIM DENIED.

If RBR could provide the Barrister some proper VIDEO footage like FiA use in there findings with date stamps and Time stamps he will happily Look into it further and maybe be able to See the Claim RBR are making.

Just to point out, I will happily stand as a witness in the courts. I was me who was first to notice you not qualifying, and I questioned Fidla whilst illskills was not in the room post-race. Fidla claimed that he had solid reason as to why not to qualify, and if I wanted to appeal against them not qualifying then I could appeal. This was before I had mentioned anything about it being compulsory for drivers to qualify, suggesting they were already aware of this. When I joined into a room with skills and no Fidla and asked the same question, the response from skills was that they both intended to save tires.

Just some extra evidence if the FIA feel the need to take any further action.

Your pathetic evidence is pointless and a waste of time, it also shows weakness, for you to see all that has been going on these last days and say nothing is a joke, why not post this during debate so RBR could blow your statement out the window.....? btw: it seems to me that RBR from Pro2 has some issue with FIA every week. are they testing us?

Exactly dizzy i agree mate its a game for god sake! :L lads look you did not qualify and the rules clearly state that you MUST QUALIFY :L you even said it in your fidla that you was not going to qualify mate so i don't understand how you can argue :L.

Why try and test the FIA when the decisions in my mind are set already, i say what I need to say respectfully and if I feel I have a point I will state it, if you don't want a free spirit in the league, you can always kick me out if I don't conform to your ways
