would like my 10sec pen removed and be reinstated to 5th if burty fails to provide evidence that his pen can be removed.i will time index my pen when I find it.

4min 10sec onwards.i received 10secs,overtook team mate and stayed wide to avoid incident,i got a slight nudge from behind and got a pen for causing a collision.i would like this removed and reinstated to 5th place if poss as burty hasn't provided evidence to remove his pen and we crossed the line virtually together.
