SINGAPORE GP RACE REPORTS

Quali: 7th. When I saw I was 5 seconds quicker than Deano I was in dreamland. I thought Mercedes had finally cracked it and the upgrades were finally making the car competitive.

Race: 7th. Back to the drawing board.

By my standards drove a consistent opening few laps hanging around 4th/5th. Some nice clean action with Muzza and Reece and Deano, saw some radical overtaking. Felt proper privileged being in amongst these hardcore drivers.
(thanks for not wiping me out guys). 

First pitstop saw me drop from 4th to 7th, flirted with 6th for a couple of laps as Stewie made his stop but he soon made up the ground. 

Second stop with about 7 laps to go I fell behind my teammate (word up Klaas) who was on knackered primes. Caught up and passed as he pitted. And then the chase was on to get close to 5th/6th, Muzza & Deano. They were battling it out for the last few laps, the devil in me was hoping they'd take each other out so I could storm in to a glorious 5th.

It wasn't to be. Fun race though.
