Race 1- ThaCookster & Caterham Triumph In Australia

ThaCookster (1st)
ThaCookster put himself on top Down Under with an close and tight victory for Caterham in the 2013 PL2 Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix on Sunday. After qualifying everybody had expected a Bobjim123 domination, but that went wrong right from the start. ThaCookster led uncomfortably from MVA and picks up a deserved 25 points.

Sahara Force India F1 Team

MVA was the first to take the fight to ThaCookster after a decent qualifying in 5th position, he kept within a second for the majority of the race and was unlucky not to take the top step but no doubt he scored some important points in sundays race.

Scuderia Ferrari
BBBSEAN (3rd)
After some tough testing sessions for BBBSEAN after his dangerous driving but he was quick to silence them critics with a clean drive to the last spot on the podium after a woeful qualifying down in 8th place. He's decision to stay out in the 1st stint paid off and showed off his pace by setting the fastest lap.

Reddweasel (8th)
A bad weekend for Reddweasel he was promising through free practice but lost pace on sunday and had contact with Porchedude on turn 3 made this sunday a race to forget. But still picks up a good few points for himself and Ferrari.

Sauber F1 Team
rob-lee77 (4th)
A great start of the season for rob-lee77, after opting to do something different strategy wise, he did well to come from the back of the grid and damage to to the front wing to finish fourth. his consistency in the first stint maybe worrying for him and the team.

dizzymind (6th)
Followed suit with his team mate and also did well coming from the back of the grid to a sixth to score some good points for himself and Sauber. Although he could have achieved a higher place if he wasn't driving so cautiously.

Williams F1 Team
bobjim123 (5th)
A great qualifying for bobjim123, achieving the first pole by 0.3 of a second, of the season but fell back throughout the race and never looked competitive in the race. His race was marred full of mistakes but no doubt gets some important points for williams.

hudunikibolokov (7th)
A poor race for hudunikibolokov, he qualified well in 4th but had problems in the first stint which dropped him down the order and suffered a harsh penalty which dropped him further down the order.

Vodafone McLaren Mercedes
Burtyburton (9th)
Got off to a good start in the weekend in qualifying but had a poor race and was one who was caught up in the carnage on the first lap and had to pit early which pretty much put him out of the running.

brianjohnson43 (10th)
After looking very promising through testing, McLarren made a big error in the car which cost brianjohnson43 dearly throughout the race weekend. He sustained some damage to his front wing but choose to stay out and payed the price of doing so.

Infiniti Red Bull Racing
Porschedude911 (11th)
Was very dormant throughout practice this a poor qualifying was expected. He was arguably the most effected in time lose throughout the first lap which destroyed the race, he was taken out and then was made to wait in the pits which dropped him further down the
field.

THEE_MASK (12th)
Was unfortunate one of those effected by the first lap incidents which dropped him further back but didn't have the pace to score any points.

Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team
X_Adam-_-1993_X (13th)
The driver most disappointing on the grid as to be X_Adam-_-1993_X, he did well to get second on the grid in qualifying and looked very promising pace wise through testing but unfortunate retired after damage sustained after the first lap.
