India Race Results Empty penalties

so whats happening with my race results as i got two penalties and with out one of them i would of came in my finishing position 4th but with a 10 second time penalty i came 5th the 1st incident was not my fault and i dont know what happened with the second incident i cant view the replies for some reason i hope that the result can be changed soon. Please get back to me as soon as possible with note of any changes.
