silverstone gp

there was some debate of an overtake involving gnh towards the end of the gp.
i was going to hand the descision over to the fia to decide.
after reviewing the video many times to the letter of the law i do not deem this an illeagal overtake.
the move on vicitorious had already been successfully compleated before gnh left the track.
the fact does remain that gnh did have all 4 wheels off the track and is reminded to keep at least 2 wheels on track at all times,so gnh will retain the gp win and no points will be deducted.
