I have had an Idea put to me by a driver expressing concerns.
So Going on his Idea's and Concept for the future of the Community.....

We agreed to OPEN up a Drivers Association Office for Drivers of the League to get Support, Help and Advice on how to go about Appeals or How to query or complain about things.

The/Your Chairman will be the Drivers Voice in the FiA meetings, and will be a drivers Councilor in the case of Appeals against a Decision the FiA or Stewards have maybe taken against you.

There is Currently a Route and Structure to Appeal to the FiA but we feel an Actual Voice is far better than a Post on a forum to allow your case to be heard fairly.

The Concept is to Allow the Chairman to Hear your Side/version of Events and if then the Chairman feels you have a case they will Appeal on your behalf and with you asking for a Re-investigation by the FiA.

This will allow the Driver to get support and there case to be heard in the FiA meetings, but also will allow the League Managers and Stewards to carry on there duties without having to Discuss penalties given out by FiA.

All discussions and appeals against Penalties and Decisions given by the FiA out to drivers will be Appealed for Via the Proper Process,
Either Via the FiA Office Query/Appeal topic
OR
via your Chairman of the Drivers Association.


Moderators/Managers Will NOT answer to Penalties Given they must guide the Driver to the Appeal Process and Drivers Chairman Office so an appeal can be achieved in a respectable manner to the FiA about a Penalty served upon.

We hope this will Improve the Harmony and Community within but also allow the FiA & Stewards to be Questioned/Investigated in a proper and professional manner from the Drivers Association & Structure.
